This month we will be sharing stories and wonderful, exploring Feast & Harvest - those brimming seasonal gluts and the plethora of dishes, pickles and preserves that can be made from one vegetable.
On the menu will be a light feast of Levantine inspired pumpkin dishes, and a Pickles and Preserves demonstration.
Chef Kawther Luay (Ruzbowl) and I will be are collaborating this month to bring food, memory, and experience to the table; inspiring you to connect with your senses and produce writing that is rich and full of flavour.
